Pursuant to Art. 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code, the Associazione Classic Cars Ticino has been established, with headquarters in Breganzona, Via Sass Curona 1. The association is apolitical, non-denominational and non-profit-making.

The association aims to encourage activities related to the passion for cars, motorbikes and engines in general. In particular, the association aims to promote activities related to ‘classic’ vehicles in the broadest sense of the term.

By activities we mean, by way of example, but without being an exhaustive or limiting list: promotion, support and organization of rallies of and for car or motorbike enthusiasts and vintage car enthusiasts, circuit races, regularity road races and trials (in compliance with all applicable laws), road trips, skill trials, events, exhibitions of cars and/or memorabilia in some way related to them, etc.

The Association addresses itself to any type of enthusiast, without age limits and without discrimination of any kind.

The Association, for the pursuit of its aims and purpose, may also rent, lease, buy, sell space and equipment for as long as is defined by the Committee for the achievement of its objectives.

The Association does not pursue commercial purposes or the making of a profit. The bodies are active in an honorary capacity, although they may be granted reimbursement of expenses for activities carried out to achieve the purpose of the Association.
